Hi everyone today ill be telling you how to make bread base pizza's but I will be making them into smiley faces. This recipe is good for  young kids and is also good for party's, and this recipe is also quick and easy to make. Ingredients you will need                                                                                 200g strong plain flour 12.5g yeast 12.5g margarine half a level teaspoon salt 125mls warm water 1 level teaspoon sugar Suggested toppings 400g tinned tomatoes 50g mushrooms 100g ham 100g salami 100g grated cheese 1 small onion 1 small pepper mixed herbs Step 1-Turn on the oven to 210c Step 2- Sieve the flour into a mixing bowl with the salt and rub in the margarine. How to make a vegtetable curry

Hi everyone today ill be telling you how to make a vegetable curry. Ingredients you will need 1 tbsp vegetable oil 2 onions, sliced 3 red chillies, deseeded and finely sliced thumb-sized piece ginger, roughly chopped 2 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp Madras curry powder ½tsp turmeric 750g new potatoes, halved juice 1 lime 500ml pot natural yogurt small bunch coriander, stalks and leaves finely chop 200-300ml vegetable stock, or pea stock (see tip, below) 300g French beans (or use frozen   Step 1- Heat the oil in a large, deep frying pan. Add the onions and cook over a low heat for 10-15 minutes until soft.   Step 2-Throw in the chillies, ginger and spices, and cook for a few mintes. Stir in the potatoes and lime juice, coating in the spice mix.   Step 3-Add the yogurt, coriander stalks and the stock.   Step 4-Simmer slowly for 35-40 minutes until the potatoes are soft and the sauce has reduced. Drain the cooked scotch eggs on kitchen paper. Ingredients you will need Hard boiled eggs       4 sausage meat           300g flour                         25g beaten egg                1 breadcrumbs             50g Step 1-Completely cover each egg with sausage meat Step 2-Pass it through the flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Shake off any surplus crumbs. Step 3-Deep-fry to a golden brown in a moderately hot fat. Step 4-Drain well, cut in halves and serve hot or cold.

I everyone today ill be telling you how to make a variety of different icings. Fudge icing 100g/3 1/2 oz caster sugar 90 ml/3 fl evaporated milk 40g/1 1/2, oz butter s 1/4 tsp vanilla extract Step 1-Place the sugar and evaporated milk into in a saucepan and stir, then heat gently until the sugar has dissolved. Step 2-Bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the butter and vanilla and whisk until smooth. Step 3-Leave to cool, cover and chill for 2 hours until thick. Butterscotch icing 55g/2 oz butter 100g g/3 1/2 oz soft light brown sugar pinch of salt 90ml/ 3 fl oz evaporated milk 225 g/8 oz icing sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Step 1-Place the butter ,brown sugar, salt and evaporated milk in a saucepan and heat until the sugar has dissolved. How to make a Bulgar salad with fruit and nuts

Hi everyone today ill be telling you how to make a tasty and healthy bulgar salad with fruit and nuts.                                                                                                                     Serves 6 Ingredient's you will need 100g dried apricots 50ml fresh orange juice 250g bulgar wheat 300ml vegetable stock 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 brunches spring onions grated rind of 1/2 lemon juice of 1 lemon seasoning 50g whole skinned almonds Step 1-Slice the apricots. Add to the orange juice and soak for 1 hour or until the apricots are soft. Step 2-Measure the bulgar into a large bowl. Bring the vegetable stock to the boil. Pour over the bulgar, then cover the bowl with a cloth. Step 3-Leave to stand until the liquid is absorbed-about 20 minutes. Step 4-Mix in the olive oil and cool. Step 3-Lay a nori sheet on the mat or on some cling film. Dip your hands in the vinegared water, then pat handfuls of rice on top in a 1cm thick layer, leaving the furthest edge from you clear. Glace icing 115 g/4 oz icing sugar 1 tbsp cold water Step 1-Sift the icing sugar into a bowl and gradually add the water. Step 2-Then beat together until the icing coats the back of a spoon. Step 3-Use as required and leave to set. Buttercream icing 225 g/8 oz butter, softened 1 tbsp cream or milk 350 g/12 oz icing sugar Step 1-Place the butter and cream in a bowl and beat together. Step  2-Gradually sift in the icing sugar and beat until smooth. Crème au bewve  2 egg yolks 175 g/6 oz butter,softend 75 g/6 oz caster sugar 4 tbsp water Step 1-Place the egg yolks ina bowl and whisk lightly. Step 2-Place the butter in a separate bowl and beat until fluffy. Step 3-Place the sugar and water into a saucepan and heat gently until the sugar has dissolved, then bring to the boil and boil for 2-3 minutes, or until the temperature reads 107oC/225oF on a sugar thermometer. Hi everyone in todays post ill be telling you how to make shepherds pie Ingredients you will need Onions,Chopped          100g oil                              35g Lamb mince, cooked    400g salt,pepper Worcester sauce          2-3 drops Potato, cooked             400g Butter or margarine     25g milk or eggwash             Step 1-Cook the onion in the fat or oil without colouring. Step 2-Add the cooked meat from which all fat and gristle has been removed. Step 3-Season and add Worcester sauce (sufficient to bind). Step 4-Bring to the boil; simmer for 10-15 minutes . Step 5-Place in an earthenware or pie dish Step 6-Prepare the potato's-mix with the butter or margarine, then mash and pipe, or arrange neatly on top. Step 7-Brush with the milk or eggwash. Hi everyone today ill be telling you how to make individual chocolate sponges.    Ingredients you will need •Butter 200g •Caster sugar 200g •Eggs  4 •Self-Raising Flour 250g •cocoa 50g •Baking powder 2 level teaspoons Step 1-Cream together the butter and the caster sugar using a wooden spoon until light and fluffy. Step 2-Then gradually add the beaten egg. Step 3-next sieve together the self raising flour and the cocoa powder and the baking powder.  step 4-Then fold it all in using a tablespoon or a large metal spoon.  Step 5-then line a muffin tin with a little bit of butter and parchment paper in them.  Step-6 then spread the mixture evenly in the muffin tin.  Step 7- Lastly cook your mini chocolate sponges in the oven at 180C/350F Gas 4 and bake for 25 minutes.

How to make chicken tikka witth salad and rice

Hi everyone today ill be telling you how to make a chicken tikka with a side salad also with some boiled rice. What you will need for the rice rice (dry weight)         300g Step 1-Pick and wash the long-grain rice. Add to plenty of boiling salted water. Step 2-Stir to the boil and simmer gently until tender (approx., 12-15 minutes). Step 3-Pour into a sieve and rinse well under cold running water, then boiling water. Drain and leave in sieve ,placed over a bowl and covered with a cloth. Step 4-Place on a tray and keep hot. Step 5-Serve separately in a vegetable dish. What you will need for the chicken tikka and the salad Chicken, cut for sauté  1x 1 1/2kg natural yoghurt             125ml grated ginger                1 tsp ground coriander           1 tsp ground cumin                1 tsp chilli powder                  1tsp clove garlic, crushed and chopped   1 lemon,juice of               1/2 tomato puree                50g onion finely chopped
