Hi everyone today ill be telling you how to make a quick and delicious and crunchy malteser tiffin hope you enjoy.

Ingredients you will need 175g/6 0z milk or dark chocolate 55g/2 0z butter 100g/3 1/2 0z shortcake biscuits, broken into pieces 85g/3 oz dried fruit or nuts 85g/3 0z maltesers

Step 1-Break the chocolate into squares and place in a heatproof bowl, then set the bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water and heat until melted.

Step 2-Add the butter and stir until melted and combined.

Step 3-Leave to cool slightly. Then stir in the broken biscuits, dried fruit and the maltesers into the chocolate mixture.

Step 4-Line an 18-cm/7-inch cake tin with baking paper and pour in the chocolate mixture, pressing down with the back of a spoon.

Step 5-Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Step 6-Carefully turn it out of the tin and cut into 8 pieces.

How to make chicken nuggets

Hi everyone in todays recipe ill be telling you how to make some quick and easy chicken nuggets.

Prep 10 mins         Cook 15mins           190oC/Gas mark 5

Things you will need
500g chicken breast (or fish fillets)4 tbsp plain flour2 eggs, beaten300g breadcrumbsolive oil

Quick tip- Make breadcrumbs by putting day-old bread in a blender or buy ready made breadcrumbs from the supermarket

Step 1- Preheat the oven to 190oC/Gas mark 5

Step 2- Cut the uncooked chicken breasts into pieces (either strips for chicken fingers or chunks for chicken nuggets)

Step 3-Dip the chicken into flour, then into beaten eggs and finally into breadcrumbs  this can be easier and quicker  if you set up a conveyor belt system.

Step 4- Brush with a little oil and cook under the grill for 10-15 mins or bake in the oven for 15-20 mins, turning halfway through.

Step 5- Now they are ready to be served.

Ingredients you will need
225g unsalted butter, softened225g caster sugar4 eggsfinely grated zest 1 lemon225g self-raising flourFor the drizzle topping
juice 1 1/2 lemonscaster sugar  85g
Step 1-Heat oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4. Beat together unsalted butter and 225g caster sugar until pale and creamy, then add 4 eggs, one at a time, slowly mixing through.

Step 2-Sift in 225g flour, then add the finely grated zest of 1 lemon and mix until well combined. Line a loaf tin (8 x 21cm) with greaseproof paper, then spoon in the mixture and level the top with a spoon.

Step 3-Bake for 45-50 minutes until a thin skewer inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean. While the cake is cooling in its tin, mix together the juice of 1 1/2 lemons and 85g caster sugar to make the drizzle.

Ingredients you will need
Self raising flour             200g Ground mixed spice      1 teaspoon Salt.                               1 pinch  Soft brown sugar.          100g Mixed dried fruits.          350g Glace cherries(quartered) 60g meduim eggs.                  3 vegtetable oil                    125ml
Milk.                                 125ml Vanilla essence.                6 drops
Step -1 get all your ingredients together
Step-2 Cream together the oil and the sugar.
Step-3 Beat the eggs and whisk into the milk.
Step-4 Sieve together the flour,salt and mixed spice and then coat the dried fruit.
Step-5 Now combine all of the ingredients  together to form a cake mix,this should not take longer than 3 minutes. 
Step-6 Line a baking tray with greased and floured parchment and fill evenly with the mix. 
Step-7 Bake at 170c for about an hour.

What you will need
potatoes               100gonions                  100gsalt, peppervegetable  stock    125mlbutter or oil           25-50gparsley,chopped
Step 1-Cut the potatoes into 2 mm slices on a mandolin. Set aside the best slices to use for the top.

Step 2-Peel, halve and finely slice the onions.

Step 3-Mix the onions and potatoes together and season lightly with pepper and salt.

Step 4-Place in a well-buttered shallow earthenware dish or roasting tin.

Step 5-Barely cover with stock.

Step 6-Neatly arrange overlapping slices of potato on top.

Step 7-Brush lightly with oil.

Step 8-Place in a hot oven at 230-250oC for 20 minutes until lightly coloured.

Step 9-Reduce the heat to175-180oC and allow to cook steadily, pressing down firmly from time to time with a flat bottomed pan.

Step 2-Heat the milk and cream with the garlic.

Step 4-Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook in the oven at 170oC until the potatoes are cooked and golden brown.
