Hi everyone today ill be telling you how to make Chantilly cream, now Chantilly cream is really easy to make and hard not to mess up and this recipe is really simple. Ingredients you will need Double cream 500ml Caster sugar 100g Vanilla essence A few drops to taste Step 1-Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Step 2-Whisk over ice until mixture forms soft peaks. Step 3-If your using a mechanical mixer, stand and watch until the mixture is ready-do not leave unattended as the mix will over-whip quickly, curding the cream. Step 4-Cover and place in the fridge immediately.
