Step 1-Sift the flour into a large bowl. Stir in yeast and salt Make a well in the centre. Add water. Mix well to form a soft dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 10 minutes, gradually adding remaining flour, or until smooth and elastic.

Step 2- Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl. cover with lightly greased plastic wrap. Set aside in a warm place 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Step-3 Preheat oven to 190oC/170oC fan-forced. Grease a large baking tray.

Hi everyone in this post ill be telling how to make sweet  pastry I hope you like it and come back  for more.                               Cooking time-1h 50m     Hardness-its not too tricky Ingredients needed  250g plain flour, plus extra for dusting  50g icing sugar  125g good quality unsalted cold butter, cut into small cubes.  1 vanilla pod, halved and seeds scraped out (optional)  1 large free-range egg, beaten  a splash of milk Step 1- Firstly from a height, sieve your  flour and icing sugar into a large mixing bowl. Using your fingertips, gently work the cubes of butter into the flour and sugar until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs

How to make macaroni chesse with bacon and leek

Hi everyone and in this post ill be telling you how to make macaroni cheese with leek and bacon I hope you enjoy and come back for more. 
For 4 portions
macaroni  400gbutter or oil, optional grated cheese thin béchamel diluted English mustard salt and pepper1 leek2 rashers of bacon

Step 1- First step get your macaroni ready and plunge it into a saucepan containing plenty of boiling salted water.

Step 2 -Allow to boil gently and stir occasionally with a wooden spoon.

Step 3- Cook for approximately 8-10 minutes and drain well in a colander

Step 4- Then finely chop your leek, and chop up your 2 rashers of bacon into small bits. And cook your bacon and leek in a pan until the bacon is brown and the leeks are bright green and gone curly

300g fresh pasta sheets  a courgette 3 red peppers Handful of cherry tomato's, halved 2 aubergines 8 tbsp. olive oil and a bit extra for greasing 1/2 quantity tomato sauce (see below)1/2 quantity white sauce (see below) 125g mozzarella balls
First heat the oven the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6.Then half the peppers, Then cut them into large chunks.Next chop the ends of the aubergines, then cut them into slices of about 1/2cm thick. Ingredients needed
225g cold butter 350g plain flour 100g golden caster sugar 280g mincemeat 1 small egg
The method

First to make the pastry, rub 225g cold butter into 350g plain flour, then mix in 100g golden caster sugar and a pinch of salt. Then combine the pastry into a ball, and you don't need to add liquid and just knead it briefly. The dough will be fairly firm, like shortbread dough. You can also use the dough immediately, or chill for later.

Next preheat the oven to 200C/gas 6/fan 180C. line 18 holes of 12 hole patty tins, by pressing small walnut sized balls of pastry into each hole. Next spoon 280g worth of mincemeat into the pies.
