Ingredients you will need
- Double cream 500ml
- Caster sugar 100g
- Vanilla essence A few drops to taste
Step 1-Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2-Whisk over ice until mixture forms soft peaks.
Step 3-If your using a mechanical mixer, stand and watch until the mixture is ready-do not leave unattended as the mix will over-whip quickly, curding the cream.
Step 4-Cover and place in the fridge immediately.
