- Cooking apples 400g
- flour ,as needed
- frying batter 150g
Step 1- Peel and core the apples and cut into 0.5cm rings
Step 2-Pass through flour, shake off the surplus.
Step 3-Dip into frying batter
Step 4-Lift out with the fingers, into fairly hot deep fat: 185oC.
Step 5-Cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
Step 6-Drain well on kitchen paper, dust with icing sugar.
