Ingredients you will need
icing sugar 100g
Egg whites 2
Step 1-Mix all the ingredients: Allow the ingredients to rest for 1 hour.
Step 2-Spread to the required shape and size.
Step 3- Bake at approx.200-210 oC.
Step 4- While hot, mould the biscuits to the required shape and leave to cool.
