Ingredients you will need
- 1 sweet potato cut into wedges
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. thyme leaves
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Step 2- Toss the wedges with the oil and thyme then season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Step 3-Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned.
Step 4- once cooked and soft they are ready to be served.
