How to make vanillia flavoured Fudge

 
In this post I tell you how to make some vanilla flavoured Fudge I hope you enjoy
 


                       prep time 15 minutes   cooking time 25 minutes


Ingredients needed
  • 300ml milk
  • 350g caster sugar
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 1bsp vanilla extract
First grease an 18cm square cake tin. Then put the milk, sugar and butter in heavy based saucepan. Then heat slowly, stirring now and again until the sugar has dissolved and the butter melted. Next bring to the boil and boil for 15-20 minutes, stirring all the time. Then when the mixture reaches the soft ball stage (115oC on a sugar thermometer),remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract .Then leave to cool for five minutes.  

Next you will beat the mixture with a spoon or a few minutes until it starts to thicken and the gloss disappears. Lastly pour into the prepared tin and leave to set at room temperature (do not put in the fridge). Once set, cut the fudge into small squares and store in a sealed container.
