How to make little shortbread biscuits

 
In this post ill be telling you how to make some little shortbread biscuits I hope you enjoy
 



Less than 30 minutes preparation time  10-30 cooking time Makes  12-Biscuits


Ingredients  
  • 125g butter   
  • 55g caster sugar 
  • 180g plain flour      
First heat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5.Next you want to beat the butter and sugar to together until its smooth, Then stir in the flour to get smooth paste next gently roll out until the paste is 1cm thick.

Next cut into hearts or little bears or which ever cutters you have available then place them on a baking tray and sprinkle with caster sugar and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes. Then bake the biscuits in the oven for 15-20 minutes,or until they are golden-brown. Then set aside to cool on a wire rack.
