How to make bread base pizzas

Hi everyone today ill be telling you how to make bread base pizza's but I will be making them into smiley faces. This recipe is good for  young kids and is also good for party's, and this recipe is also quick and easy to make.




Ingredients you will need                                                                               
  • 200g strong plain flour
  • 12.5g yeast
  • 12.5g margarine
  • half a level teaspoon salt
  • 125mls warm water
  • 1 level teaspoon sugar
Suggested toppings
  • 400g tinned tomatoes
  • 50g mushrooms
  • 100g ham
  • 100g salami
  • 100g grated cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small pepper
  • mixed herbs
Step 1-Turn on the oven to 210c

Step 2- Sieve the flour into a mixing bowl with the salt and rub in the margarine.

Step 3-Blend together the yeast, sugar and water and pour into the flour mixture.

Step 4-Stir with a round bladed knife to form a soft dough.

Step 5-Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes.

Step 6-Roll into shape and place onto a greased baking tin. Leave to prove in a warm place.

Step 7-Prepare the ingredients for the topping and assemble the pizza

Step 8-Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Hi everybody today ill be telling to you about fats Fats are naturally present in many foods and are a essential part of our diet. The main functions of fat are to protect the body, Keep it warm and provide energy. Fats form an insulating layer under the skin and this helps to protect the vital organs and to keep the body warm.
