How to make chicken nuggets

Hi everyone in todays recipe ill be telling you how to make some quick and easy chicken nuggets.

Things you will need
  • 500g chicken breast (or fish fillets)
  • 4 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 300g breadcrumbs
  • olive oil


Quick tip- Make breadcrumbs by putting day-old bread in a blender or buy ready made breadcrumbs from the supermarket



Step 1- Preheat the oven to 190oC/Gas mark 5

Step 2- Cut the uncooked chicken breasts into pieces (either strips for chicken fingers or chunks for chicken nuggets)

Step 3-Dip the chicken into flour, then into beaten eggs and finally into breadcrumbs  this can be easier and quicker  if you set up a conveyor belt system.

Step 4- Brush with a little oil and cook under the grill for 10-15 mins or bake in the oven for 15-20 mins, turning halfway through.

Step 5- Now they are ready to be served.
