  In this post I tell you how to make some vanilla flavoured Fudge I hope you enjoy                          prep time   15 minutes     cooking time 25 minutes Ingredients needed 300ml milk 350g caster sugar 100g unsalted butter 1bsp vanilla extract First grease an 18cm square cake tin. Then put the milk, sugar and butter in heavy based saucepan. Then heat slowly, stirring now and again until the sugar has dissolved and the butter melted. Next bring to the boil and boil for 15-20 minutes, stirring all the time. Then when the mixture reaches the soft ball stage (115oC on a sugar thermometer),remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract .Then leave to cool for five minutes.   Next you will beat the mixture with a spoon or a few minutes until it starts to thicken and the gloss disappears.   ...

  In this post ill be telling you how to make some little shortbread biscuits I hope you enjoy   Less than 30 minutes preparation time   10-30 cooking time Makes  12-Biscuits Ingredients   125g butter     55g caster sugar  180g plain flour        First heat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5.Next you want to beat the butter and sugar to together until its smooth, Then stir in the flour to get smooth paste next gently roll out until the paste is 1cm thick. Next cut into hearts or little bears or which ever cutters you have available then place them on a baking tray and sprinkle with caster sugar and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes. Then bake the biscuits in the oven for 15-20 minutes,or until they are golden-brown. Then set aside to cool on a wire rack.
